Product Cancellation

We provide cancellation of purchases till item has not been shipped from our warehouse, Cancellation fees of 5% is charged if product want to be cancelled by customer before shipping. Once the item is shipped orders get cancelled by customer 50% of total amount will be deducted as cancellation charges.

Product Returns

We provide replacement of the product if the product is damaged or faulty at the time of delivery, Once our person deliveries the product or gets installed at customer place the product cannot be returned in any circumstances.

Product Refund

We do not provide refund for faulty or damaged product we provide a replacement for the same product. Customer has to return the original product with original packaging in same condition & unused, Our team will provide you replacement within 2 days. In case of refund, refund amount will be credited to the source account and refund will be credited with 4-5 days to original source bank account once processed.

Policy for Product Shipped through logistics companies

In order to protect customers from shipping damage, we are providing 1 day’s time (From the date of order delivery) to report the complaint on Our team will verify the details and we’re happy to help. Please make a video at the time of delivery and unbox your package as proof of damaged product delivery. Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without a valid reason. Our team reserves the right to take the final decision on all refund requests.

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies. We have partnered with Shiprocket, Gati. You may track the shipping status of your order on our website, by clicking on Track your Order section. We ship on weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on SUNDAY will be shipped only on MONDAY. Though we can guarantee a delivery time of 5-7 days to anywhere in India, it is totally beyond our control. Each shipping companies have their own methods, intermediate transit locations, etc. and the delivery time is not predictable.

Buy Back Policy/ Old Battery Return Policy

Old battery will be rejected if:

  • Old battery capacity and brand are not same as mentioned during purchase.
  • Local make batteries exchange value may decrease, may have to pay higher amount at the time of delivery
  • Old Battery does not contain the metals which are part of battery originally
Exchange tip:
  • If the old battery is rejected at the time of exchange or is not available, then the delivery of the new battery will be aborted.

We accept no responsibility for the improper installation of our products. Customers should ensure products should only be installed by professional and trained personnel only.

Order cancellation will attract 5% bank charges depending on the payment methods used by the customer in any case. (It is because most payment gateway providers collect their Commission even though orders are canceled and refunded.). Once the order is shipped cancellation fees will be 50% of total order value.
